By accessing or using Sayso Play at saysoplay.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Sayso Play is a daily word-puzzle game where players guess idioms and sayings from AI-generated images. One new puzzle is available each day. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.
You may play as a guest without an account. Creating an account lets you save streaks and progress across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
The game includes a virtual coin system. Coins can be purchased through the in-app store. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

All content in Sayso Play — including puzzle images, game design, text, and code — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without our written permission. Puzzle images are generated using AI and are owned by us.
The free version of Sayso Play displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Purchasing a Premium subscription removes ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss of data, streaks, or coins due to technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
